Salary: Up to $57 per hour

In this role, you will:
- Travel to assigned NYI locations
- Independently perform a wide range of ultrasound exams, such as general, vascular, and small parts in an outpatient setting.
- Perform and document maintenance on equipment.
- Review and execute current lab protocols.
- Prepare preliminary written impressions.
- Communicate results to radiologists.
- Ensure all emergent tests are performed in an expedited manner.
- Assist doctors with outpatient-related procedures/biopsies.
- Graduation from an accredited school of Ultrasonography and a High School Diploma.
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS).
- RDMS (AB) (Required) and RVT (Preferred).
- Sonography Principles and Instrumentation (SPI) Certification
- If certification is not held at the time of hire, the employee has 1 year from time of hire to complete certification.
- At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in OncoEMR (preferred)
- Frequent exposure to chemicals, bloodborne pathogens, and patient bodily fluids.
- Willingness to travel to NYI locations
